My husband had his birthday during our stay and they surprised us by leaving some delicious Polish Vodka in our room to celebrate. "We only stayed here one night as our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and managed to get a meal which was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean although the bathroom was small. We had breakfast the following morning which was adequate."

"We stayed in the apartments for Radisson Krakow. We enjoyed the room and service. Clean, decent amount of space. The restaurant next door is delicious. There’s a small shop downstairs as well for drinks, snacks, etc. we were glad we picked this hotel. "

"The hotel had everything we could have asked for and was extremely family friendly with a play area for the kids in the lobby and a fantastic swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had so much choice. The hotel was warm and smelled amazing. The kids rated it a 5 star! It was about a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the main square with lovely views out over the river. The underground parking was easy to use. Would recommend. "
